Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days from receipt of payment and are shipped via one of the following; Royal Mail, Evri, FedEx or APC.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and delivery fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are suitably sized and your items are well-protected.
For shipments to Scotland our couriers add a surcharge. We are already bearing part of the cost of shipping. We therefore have to pass this surcharge on.
Shipments up to 5Kg cost £4.50 Scotland £7.80
Shipments up to 10Kg cost £6.00 Scotland £9.30
Shipments up to 20Kg cost £7.50 Scotland £10.50
Shipments over 20Kg add an extra £2.50 per 5Kg
RAW / Mixed Products
For Raw and Mixed orders we will use APC NextDay Delivery. This service is available to MAINLAND UK ONLY. For the following postcodes APC do not guarantee next day delivery. Therefore the website will not permit you to proceed to checkout. Isle of Wight PO30 – PO41, Northern Ireland BT1 – BT94, Scotland AB30 – AB56, FK17 – FK21, HS1 – HS9, IV1 – IV63, KA27 – KA28, KW1 – KW17, PA20 – PA80, PH19 – PH50 and ZE1 – ZE3.

Orders placed before 1pm Tuesday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be collected by APC on OUR NEXT WORKING DAY. Orders placed on the weekend or Monday will be shipped Tuesday. If you need a specific delivery date (excluding Sunday and Monday) then please enter details in the order notes. All orders will be stored in deep freeze until collected by APC.
Before placing an order for RAW products please note the following, which forms part of our terms and conditions.
THIS IS NOT A REFRIGERATED SERVICE – during warmer spells your product may start defrosting. We pack and insulate your order, it leaves us deep frozen. We will not accept responsibility for it defrosting in these circumstances.
Couriers do not “guarantee” next day delivery – in 99.9% of circumstances it is delivered next day, but mistakes and delays can happen. We will not accept responsibility for these delays which are out of our control. Please do not order from us if you do not accept these terms. Food can be refrozen and it is common practise to do so in the raw feeding community.
Ambient and RAW will be packed together to minimise the shipping costs for you. Put simply, if you order 8kg of RAW food and 500g of Hairy Rabbit Ears, this whole order will be shipped in a single box.
Delivery Updates – APC will email you with updates as soon as we book your shipment. Make sure to check your Junk/Spam folders. On the day of delivery APC will contact you by email and SMS (where you have given us a mobile number). On the delivery day APC will ask what should happen to your parcel should there be no answer YOU will have the choice of ‘Safe Place’, ‘Depot Collection’ or ‘Parcel Shop Collection’. In these circumstances the liability for the shipment transfers to you. We will not be responsible for defrosted / missing goods in these circumstances.
Safe Place – Your shipment will be left on the set delivery date in the place of your choosing.
Depot Collection – You will need to contact your local depot to find out what time the driver is likely to return.
Parcel Shop Collection – Your shipment will be returned to the depot and taken to the Parcel Shop you choose NEXT DAY. If you order from us Tuesday morning, the delivery will be attempted Wednesday. If you have chosen Parcel Shop the order will be ready to collect on Thursday.
Customers living in flats
Drivers will try to deliver to your door. But, drivers will use their own discretion, They may ask you to come down to assist. They may ask you to come down to take the whole delivery. For example, if the lift is out of order or parking is not ideal. Please consider this before ordering. We will not refund any items that are refused by reception or go missing when left in your designated safe place. Drivers have GPS which will confirm your order has been left in the correct place. Once left, it is your responsibility and we are not liable for it.
Local Delivery – by us
Raw Dog Supplies offer local delivery Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday.
No minimum spend required.
Delivery costs £3.50 to the following postcodes BL1, BL2, BL3, BL4, BL5, BL6, BL7 and M26.
Delivery costs £5.00 to the following postcodes BL0, BL8, BL9, BB3 and M28.

Click and Collect
Click and Collect is available for all customers on days that we are open. There are no charges or spend limits for this.
